Defective Items

Include photos of the defected product and your order details for verification.
Upon approval, we will provide instructions for the return or exchange process.
Size Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your jacket for a different size, please contact us by email or using the "Chat" button located at the bottom right of your screen within 14 days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for covering all shipping costs associated with size exchanges.
Jackets must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
No Returns or Refunds
We do not accept returns or provide refunds unless the item is defective.
Size exchanges are the only exception to our no-return policy.
